Every client and project is unique, but our objective always remains the same. Unlike other studios where you will only communicate with a project manager, every one of us is hands-on, and your point of contact will be the person working directly on your project. This ensures a more personalised and direct line of communication and allows for a better understanding and execution of your vision.
Many of the skills needed within graphic design and visual communication services relate to one another. With a strong theoretical and practical understanding (as well as a heck of a lot of experience) our team is able to be versatile in the services we offer.
But we also know our limits and have gathered a range of other professional specialists in our contact list to take charge when a required skill isn’t our strong suit.
Each of us understands the value of personal and professional development, and we never stop learning new skills or spending some time training.
We take a research-driven approach to determine the most effective strategies for our clients. Our team conducts thorough market research, analyses industry trends, and evaluates your target audience to identify the most relevant and impactful marketing channels and tactics for your business. We also don’t roll with a one size fits all template – no two clients get the same strategy approach.
Something unique about us is we are all on the tools! What does this mean for you? Well, it means you when you meet with us and brainstorm for a project you will be talking with someone who has a good understanding of how the ideas could be executed, pick up any road bumps or even push the ideas further.
Our team is intentionally small, valuing direct client contact and having the ability to deliver a more personalised experience.
The short answer is no. We work project by project or offer monthly retainers. It all depends on what you require from us / what suits your budget.
We have worked on a range of projects with various clients over the years so we can look back over previous jobs and get an idea of the time and scope of a project. We take into consideration how many people may be involved in the decision-making process as well as any timeframes you may have.
We know this isn’t the hard and fast answer you’re looking for, but it really does depend on the scope of what you need. Factors such as brand strategy, market research, design development, revisions, and client feedback can influence the timeline. We prioritise delivering high-quality work while respecting project deadlines.

Not at all! We work with clients from various locations, and geographical proximity is not a limitation. We can communicate effectively through virtual meetings, phone calls, and email. Regardless of your location, we are committed to providing the same level of dedication and support to all our clients.
Not all studios work the same, at Talk Visual, we really put focus on research and making sure that what we deliver is fit for purpose. Our process typically involves understanding your goals and requirements, conducting thorough research, conceptualising ideas, creating design drafts, seeking feedback and revisions, and finalising the final product.
We believe in a collaborative approach and value your input throughout the process.
We have worked with clients from a wide range of industries, including but not limited to agriculture, accounting, law, horticulture, transportation, electricity, and more. Our versatile skill set allows us to adapt our design and marketing strategies to cater to different industries’ unique requirements.

At Talk Visual, we prioritise collaboration and effective communication with our clients. Our goal is to foster a strong working relationship and creative problem-solving mindset to deliver successful design and marketing solutions.
The project scope will determine how much ongoing support we provide after a project is complete, but you can bet your booty cheeks that we will be cheering from the side lines. While we may not be in regular contact with you post-project, if we do notice something that looks a little off we will pick up the phone or flick you an email and give you some feedback.
We primarily use the Adobe suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, for all our design work. These industry-standard tools allow us to create high-quality and professional designs. On occasion, we have created social media templates for clients to use in their Canva account, but custom graphic elements are created with Adobe and exported for use in Canva.
