Manchester’s finest turned Kiwi creative

Born and bred in Manchester, UK, Cat emigrated to Christchurch with her husband in 2007, well before Facebook and Instagram arrived, moving to Invercargill just over two years ago. From an early age, Cat envisaged a creative future. Some of her fondest memories include being taught to draw people properly (with a neck and shoulders) by her talented Grandfather.

Fashion and Art were her first loves, and after graduating in Graphic Arts and Design in the UK, Cat secured a design role that would incorporate both. Working for a large mail-order company, Cat had the privilege of joining world-class photographers on fashion shoots at home and overseas.

Pastures new beckoned and since moving to New Zealand, Cat has expanded her design experience with varied design and marketing roles including Ballantynes Department Store in Christchurch and more recently H&J Smith, Invercargill.

Cat has an infectious passion for clever design and engaging visual content, combined with well-honed copywriting skills and a devilish eye for detail, Cat will deliver on all your brand and marketing objectives.

Outside of work, Cat is kept busy with her three young children, a menagerie of animals and an impressive back catalogue of home renovations – she swears this project is going to be the last!
